Description: The Brownfield Opportunity Areas (BOA) Program provides grants and technical support to help municipalities and community organizations complete and implement revitalization strategies for their communities. BOA-funded projects may be reimbursed for up to 90 percent of the total eligible project costs. Our goal is to work in partnership with local communities and organizations to develop and realize a community vision for redevelopment and revitalization.
